About the role

Rolls-Royce Submarines at Devonport seeks an SSBN JRT Manager to lead the Joint Reactor Team, providing engineering leadership and oversight to support the reactor maintenance schedule and successful delivery of the package. You will drive safety, risk management and cost control, own the technical solution, and engage with Rolls-Royce, the Ministry of Defence and the Submarine Enterprise to improve availability and performance.
