We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Head Sommelier to join our vibrant team at ROKA Canary Wharf. As a key member of our wine team, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive.
Our Assistant Head Sommeliers are dedicated, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding ROKA’s renowned high standards. Full of personality and professionalism, you’ll inspire your team to deliver the outstanding service and seamless guest experience that define us.
Our Ideal Assistant Head Sommelier
- A genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences
- Proven experience as a Senior Sommelier or an Assistant Head Sommelier in a quality, high-volume restaurant environment
- WSET Level 2 or 3 (desired), but will consider applicants with relevant experience
- Stock, ordering, and deliveries experience.
- A warm, customer-focused approach, with the ability to create memorable moments for every guest.
