Expanding International Company , a leader in the manufacturing of electric heating products whose mission is to provide efficient and responsible heating solutions in the national and international market.

We are currently looking for two Regional Sales Managers, one in the North of UK and Scotland and another, on the South of UK, to join our sales team and further grow our successful business. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity that offers career and personal growth.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Confident and Hardworking Regional Sales Manager. Reporting to the National Commercial Director you will manage and grow business within the North of the UK and Scotland / The South of the UK.

The role:

  • Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products through positive relationships with your customers.
  • Lead and manage the Area Sales Managers of the Region.
  • Executing the Commercial strategy in line with company vision and goals.
  • Increasing business opportunities and sales through various routes to market.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Reaching targets and goals set for your area.
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
  • Delivering Marketing campaigns as and when necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with new customers and existing clients.
  • Actively promote product through meetings, seminars, presentations, exhibitions etc.
  • Have responsibility for specifications of projects and work with Key Account Manager.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of competitor products and strategies.
  • Introduce and promote new products.
  • Effectively build, prioritize, and manage your own pipeline – Identify opportunities and actively close deals with new potential and existing clients by analyzing the market dynamics
  • Accountability for successful sales performance within named territory.

The candidate:

  • Previous sales management experience (3 years minimum).
  • Goal orientated with demonstrable experience of beating targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, clear in their presentations and with leadership skills.
  • Professional pro-active attitude.
  • Persuasive and negotiation skills with a portfolio of distributor clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a strong team.
  • Must have a proven track record of specifying into target audience (contractors, specifiers, interior designers and architects, housing associations etc..).
  • Application of full technical & product knowledge.
  • Advanced selling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to seek and open new opportunities.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Full clean drivers licence.
  • Right to travel within Europe.
  • Ability to stay away from home as required.
