Role Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your assigned section – prepping, cooking, and plating dishes according to company specifications.
- Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, cooking, and storage on‑site.
- Actively contribute to cost control, resource management, and portion control.
- Work in compliance with Robinsons Food Safety, Health & Safety requirements, and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with both the Kitchen and Front of House teams.
- Assist in mentoring and training Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure the site runs professionally, profitably, efficiently, and in compliance with company objectives.
