As Senior Record to Report and Accounts Payable Manager you will play a central role in shaping the future of finance operations within the organisation's Shared Services Centre.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing integrated strategies for R2R & AP functions that support business objectives while maintaining robust financial governance.
Key duties include: Develop and deliver integrated strategies for Record to Report (R2R) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions that align with organisational objectives and financial governance requirements.
Lead and nurture high-performing teams across General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Financial Close, and Accounts Payable processes.
Establish a customer-centric culture within shared services by promoting accountability, accuracy, empathy, and continuous improvement across all finance operations.
Shape and maintain a robust operating model that scales efficiently across multiple business units and international geographies.
Oversee end-to-end financial close processes ensuring timely, accurate, compliant reporting while managing general ledger consolidations, reconciliations, journal processing, and period-end activities.
Govern fixed-asset accounting frameworks including capital expenditure management to ensure balance sheet integrity through rigorous controls and analytical review.
Lead intercompany accounting including global settlements,
