Fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA to join a well-known organisation in the Birmingham office. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for professional services recruitment, and experience of this is non-negotiable. The role offers hybrid working and ideally you will come from a professional services recruitment background, whether that be agency or inhouse.
Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Resourcing and recruiting for senior / specialist professional services roles
- Strong direct sourcing methodology and proven ability to manage candidates.
- Focus on attracting and recruiting passive candidates within a professional services environment
- Preferred Supplier List recruitment agency management.
- Advising line managers/interviewers and supporting them in terms of best practice.
- Experience in passive sourcing using a broad range of techniques and technologies including CV databases using Boolean searching, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
- Specialist sourcing experience with a focus on attracting and engaging niche, passive candidates
Experience required for the TA Specialist:
- In-house, agency or RPO experience - with proven success in direct sourcing for professional services
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
- Demonstrable direct sourcing experience, reducing recruitment costs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
