Talent Acquisition Specialist â UK & Europe
Weâ re now looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our client’s HR team and play a pivotal role in attracting top talent across the UK and Europe.
This role is based in Coventry City Centre three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining two days.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with managers to understand current and future recruitment needs across the UK and European teams.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from writing job adverts and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.

Use a variety of channels â LinkedIn, job boards, direct sourcing and networkingâ to attract diverse and high-quality talent.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for roles across engineering, technology, manufacturing and commercial functions.

Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.

Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
Requirements

Proven experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment (ideally within manufacturing, engineering or technology sectors).

Strong sourcing skills and confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

Experience recruiting across multiple European markets (advantageous).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
