Responsibilities

  • In charge of generating financial models for pricing, performing sensitivity and stress analysis and debt financing schedules.
  • Responsible for financial models also for business plans and cashflow forecasting.
  • In charge of assisting to prepare proposals, terms sheets and letters of intent for aircraft lease and acquisition transactions.
  • Responsible for analysing transaction opportunities and making recommendations to the management team.
  • In charge of assisting to prepare financial analysis of proposals and summarising deal terms for management decision making.
  • Responsible for managing all phases of the aircraft leasing renewal, purchase, sale and transition transactions to ensure appropriate outcomes and deliverables.
  • Coordinates with legal, finance, sales and technical teams on transaction management.
  • Participates in lease, sale and purchase negotiations.
  • Supports the transaction lawyers in documentation and closing for aircraft acquisition, lease and sale transactions.
  • In charge of assisting to provide documentation to lease management team to file and update lease management system.
  • Prepares information for management reporting on lease function as required.
  • Other support duties or assignments as required.

Requirement

  • Min Degree in Engineering / Finance / Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Min 5 years’ experience in aviation leasing industry or M&A advisory services.
  • Proficiency and relevant experience in financial modelling is an advantage.
