You will join a hardworking, welcoming finance department within a business known for its positive culture and modern outlook.## The role* **Management Accounts:** Full monthly production, including **WIP analysis** and project profitability.* **Strategic Insight:** Partner with the Board to provide financial data that drives growth and contract performance.* **Process Improvement:** Modernise financial systems and strengthen internal controls.* **Financial Planning:** Manage annual budgets and maintain robust **cash flow forecasts**.* **Collaboration:** Act as the financial link between the office and site management## The person* **Experience:** Strong background as a Management Accountant, ideally within **Construction or Engineering**.* **Technical Skills:** Advanced Excel user with a knack for improving financial systems.* **Communication:** Ability to present clear financial performance reports to the Board of Directors.## Qualifications required**Qualification:** **ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified** (or Finalist).
