We are building industry-defining accounting and finance software, and we’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to help Rillet enter its next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and company leadership to help prospective customers evaluate Rillet as their next ERP. As an early member of Rillet’s UK GTM team, you’ll be uniquely positioned to shape how we sell and help build the foundation for Rillet’s go-to-market motion in the UK.

What You'll Do:

• Remove technical and accounting objections throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, configuring sandbox environments around each prospect’s specific workflows.
• Become a product and domain expert, developing a deep understanding of Rillet and accounting workflows.
• Execute with urgency, providing front-line prospect feedback to Sales, Product, Engineering, and company leadership.
• Represent Rillet as a trusted face of the company, engaging with finance and accounting leaders.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong professional experience in accounting, with exposure to revenue recognition, financial close, reconciliations, and multi-entity consolidation.
• Experience supporting customer evaluations, implementations, or solutions consulting involving accounting or financial software.
• Strong understanding of the systems and technology used by modern finance and accounting teams.
• Familiarity with IFRS and/or UK GAAP and the ability to communicate credibly with senior finance and accounting stakeholders.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex accounting and technical concepts.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Proactive, highly responsive, and comfortable taking ownership in an early-stage environment.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification is a plus.
