What the School is Looking For:

We are seeking proactive, compassionate individuals with a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous experience working with young people is advantageous. Ideal candidates possess strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and a genuine commitment to helping learners thrive. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

Salary and Contract Info:

Academic Mentor roles: £450-£530 per week, pro rata (term-time only) Contract: Full-time, long-term (September-July), term-time only Potential for future teacher-training or extended contracts following a successful placement.
