ABOUT RHAELM
RHAELM is the sovereign AI cloud built to accelerate secure AI deployment at scale, combining power and infrastructure pipelines with global capability and local, in-country operations. Headquartered in London, with deployments across Europe and APAC, we deliver ring-fenced compute, networking, and storage infrastructure alongside a sovereign platform and flexible Bare Metal, Kubernetes, and AI-as-a-Service models. Focused on regulated and mission-critical sectors, we give organisations sovereign control over their AI infrastructure, platform, and data.
THIS ROLE
AI is driving a major build-out of digital infrastructure, and RHAELM is developing the data centres behind its sovereign AI cloud, with large-scale projects across Europe and APAC. The pace is fast and the projects are large, so graduates get stuck in from day one. You will work on live projects across several markets, join site visits and partner meetings, and produce analysis that feeds real decisions.
As a Graduate Development Analyst, you will help find and assess the sites that become RHAELM’s next data centres, working on site appraisal, due diligence and market research, and see how an early-stage opportunity becomes a deliverable project. You will learn directly from people who have developed and delivered major infrastructure, with plenty of room to take on more as you find your feet. You will report to the Senior Development Manager and be based in London, with a minimum of three days a week in the office. This role can be filled immediately, and we can be flexible on start date for the right candidate.
