Salary: Up to £37,000, dependent on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week (Early, mid and late shifts including weekdays, weekends and bank holidays)

The Role
As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and teamwork, while helping to inspire, train and develop the brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chef who thrives in a busy, high-standard environment and is eager to grow within a professional and supportive team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
- A genuine passion for hospitality and fresh, high-quality food
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train and support your team
- A track record of delivering exceptional dishes under pressure
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A team-focused approach and commitment to maintaining high service standards
- Experience managing costs, budgets and stock control
- Solid knowledge of EHO and Health & Hygiene regulations
- Ambition to learn, develop and progress your career
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proof of the right to work in the UK
