About the role
Client Services Manager Modern Central London Office (advertised under Chelmsford to maximise local reach) - Full time - Office Based (no Hybrid) Our client, a successful global technology business, is looking to appoint a Client Services Manager to support the opening and day-to-day operation of its flagship London office.
This is a varied, office-based position combining front of house, workplace coordination and business support.
Working closely with senior management, youll help ensure the office operates efficiently while providing a professional experience for employees, customers, vendors and other visitors.
The office will regularly host leadership meetings, customer visits, training sessions and business events, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied workload and can confidently manage changing priorities.
Responsibilities Welcome visitors and act as the main point of contact within the office.
Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor arrangements and catering requirements.
Manage incoming calls, deliveries, post and courier services.
Ensure the office remains organised, well presented and fully stocked with day-to-day supplies.
Liaise with external suppliers and the buildings facilities team regarding office requirements.
Provide administrative support to senior managers and the wider business.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including workplace access and equipment requests.
Maintain office records and supplier information.
Assist with the organisation of customer meetings, training sessions and internal events.
Support purchasing activities, supplier administration and invoice processing.
About You Youll already have experience in an office management, workplace services, front of house, executive support or client services role and be confident working in a professional business environment.
Youll also be able to demonstrate: Excellent organisational and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
A professional, approachable and dependable manner.
Strong attention to detail.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders, customers and external suppliers.
Good Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
Experience gained within a technology or commercial environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
