We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptionally talented Senior Design Engineer to join our Composites Design group within the Engineering Office at Enstone. This position will play a crucial role in helping us push for podiums and race wins.

The role of our Senior Composites Design Engineers:

You will be part of the team behind all of our complex composite components and sub-systems, taking ownership of your own designs with the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge.

Your Challenge:
  • Contribute to detailed design specifications from cradle to grave, defining and supporting component or system validation, servicing and utilisation and resolving any issues as they arise.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: concept design and scheming components, detailing machined parts, patterns, molds and specifying laminates, extending to the necessary component jigs and build tooling.
Who we want:

We are looking to enhance our talented team with someone who has previous experience, ideally within F1 or another high-level motorsport. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering and have a solid base knowledge of engineering first principles.

It would be ideal if you had previous CAD experience with Catia V5/3DX, but we will support with training if NX or similar is your expertise. We need someone who is self-motivated, analytical, and a pragmatic decision-maker capable of working with minimal supervision. We seek someone with a creative, innovative, and consistent approach to problem-solving.
