About Us: Spectrum Children and Young People’s Services is a newly formed service but part of the Rehability UK Group and led by a team with significant experience in working with children and young people. We truly believe that every child deserves the chance to thrive and pursue their dreams, aspirations, and whatever their background. We provide services for children who may have a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, learning difficulties, or living with mental health challenges. Our aim is to provide the ideal launch pad to best start their bright futures.
Role Purpose: To provide direct support to young people aged 16 and up. The role focuses on empowering young people to develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to achieve independence and transition into adulthood successfully. The Support Worker will work closely with the service team to ensure that the care and support provided align with regulatory standards and the young people’s individual needs.
Salary: £13.30 per hour; Sleep In - £50
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting Young People:
- Build trusting and positive relationships with young people, offering guidance, advice, and support.
- Assist young people in developing independent living skills, including budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Provide emotional support, listening to young people’s concerns and helping them manage their feelings.

Experience in youth support or a passion for helping others.
