Recruit4staff are representing a well-established pharmaceutical business in their search for a Pharmaceutical Process Technician to work in Wrexham.
Job Details:
- Pay: 19.35 per hour (incl 33% premium)
- Hours of Work: 24/7 rotation (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off), 6 till 6
- Duration: Temporary (Ongoing) possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate
Job Role:
As a Pharmaceutical Process Technician, you will work in a Grade A/B cleanroom, wearing full PPE and executing repetitive tasks with precision by following detailed step-by-step procedures. Your responsibilities will include maintaining manufacturing equipment for filtration and vial filling, ensuring adherence to safety and SOPs, handling hazardous materials, and supporting inspection readiness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, documentation, validation support, and participation in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives are also key parts of this role.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Prior cleanroom experience or transferable skills from regulated industries
- Previous experience within a fast-paced production environment, operating manufacturing machinery
- Excellent English (reading, writing, speaking) to follow complex technical instructions
- High concentration for 4-hour blocks on repetitive procedures
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
Degree in a relevant science.
