About the role
Cambridge City Council is seeking two Housing Maintenance Team Leaders to take operational responsibility for complex maintenance across council homes in Cambridge.
You will lead a team of around 20 Multi‑Skilled Operatives and manage planned works, repairs and voids.
The role requires strong trade knowledge, leadership, compliance, and excellent tenant liaison, with hybrid working on Cowley Road and an out‑of‑hours/ on‑call rotation; salary £41,771–£47,181 per annum, pro rata for part time.
