About Real World Services

Real World Services is actively seeking dedicated, experienced SIA operatives for one of our client’s high-profile sites in Wareham.

We are a well-established security company operating across the South of England that is committed to maintaining the highest security and safety standards.

Role Overview

As a Security Officer on site in Wareham, your primary responsibility will involve mobile foot and vehicle patrols, gatehouse duties and CCTV monitoring.

This role is crucial in ensuring the security and protection of our clients’ sites and assets.

You will report and work directly with our Head of Security Operations, Simon Mitchell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct foot and mobile security patrols using fully liveried company vehicles.
  • Monitor and report any security breaches or suspicious activities.
  • Access control to the site.
  • General Gatehouse duties and CCTV monitoring
  • First Aid point of contact.
  • Muster control for onsite personnel.
  • Dealing with multiple agencies.
  • Utilise basic mobile handheld technology effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing training and adhere to uniform guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A valid SIA license is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in security is advantageous but not required.
  • Basic proficiency in mobile handheld technology is preferred.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining security and safety standards.
