Real World Services Limited is seeking a Security Officer for Mobile & Gatehouse Duties on a site in Wareham.

You will perform patrols, gatehouse access control, and CCTV monitoring to protect client assets, reporting to the Head of Security Operations.

This PAYE role offers 12-hour night shifts (18:30–06:30), a starting rate of £13.25 per hour after probation, enhanced rates on Bank Holidays, 28 days’ holiday, a Company Pension Scheme, uniform and ongoing training.
