A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER AT THE LYNDENE What you\’ll be doing… Lead the F&B team with a positive vibe, helping create a welcoming and seamless service experience. Manage all F&B operations including rotas and ordering. Deliver adequate training and support the team. Be confident when handling guest complaints and aim to resolve the issue. Communicate effectively with the kitchen. Shift planning, making sure the team is prepared and ready to go. Take pride in the restaurants keeping them clean. Ensue the department is always Health & Safety compliant. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Proven experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team and maintain composure under pressure. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
