A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RECEPTIONIST AT OUR HOTEL
This is a hands-on role, and the successful applicant must be able to answer guest enquiries in a timely and courteous manner, use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, and demonstrate knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.
- Be the first smile guests see and the friendly voice they remember, creating a warm welcome that sets the tone for their stay!
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between with efficiency, making every guest feel like a VIP.
