A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL What you’ll be doing… Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish. Clearing bottles from the floor. Lifting / cleaning glassware from the floor and restocking bar Restocking the bar when necessary Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, maintaining an inviting and well-organised dining space. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks. Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies. Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace. Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn. Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues. A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation. Team-focused, ready to jump in and support others to keep service flowing.
