Job Description

The role of Financial Operations Supervisor is really important to us.

Your role will play a key part of the customers experience with Radius, ensuring best in class performance, value of money and customer communications.

We would love to welcome you to our Campus office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

  • Your responsibilities day to day will be…
  • Full end to end management of our customer invoicing and reimbursement processes for EV charge points and EV charging software.
  • Driving process improvements to streamline processes and find efficiencies in existing tasks.
  • Ensure all processes are completed within agreed timescales, ensuring a high degree of accuracy for all outputs to instil confidence in the services we provide.
  • Ensuring the team are converting sales orders into customer invoices and ensuring completeness of revenue with all charges being raised accurately and in full.
  • Maintaining procedures and strong controls to ensure processes are completed in full and to a best-in-class standard.
  • Checking accurate processing of Direct Debits and Credit Transfers in line with strict deadlines.
  • Support the implementation of a Salesforce solution to capture EV charge point sales and the associated charges.
  • Form part of a project team to migrate the billing activity from a legacy system to our strategic billing platform.
  • Complete reconciliations using multiple data sources to ensure completeness of revenue.
  • Develop and maintain an effective business relationship with all key stakeholders relating to this role.
  • Handle administrative and billing-oriented duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Assist the Head of Financial Operations with ad hoc projects as and when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a Finance or Operations related role.
  • You will have supervisor duties of 1 Financial Operations Assistant in this role so some prior supervisory/management experience is essential
  • Ability to influence and effect change with a strong group of stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer centric approach.
  • Experience of interacting across all levels of the organisation including dealing with non-finance colleagues and external stakeholders to gather relevant information.
  • Experience of fostering strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Show an impressive attitude and not only take full responsibility for their duties but are enthusiastic to take on new challenges which will develop their own career.
  • Autonomous self-starter.
