We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, or perhaps looking to move into an IT environment from an administrative, customer service or coordination background. The role sits at the heart of our IT Operations function, helping to ensure colleagues across the business have the equipment, access and support they need to do their jobs effectively.
While you'll work closely with internal IT colleagues and external suppliers, this is not a technical role. Instead, you'll focus on coordination, administration, asset management and service delivery activities that keep our IT operations running smoothly.
What you'll be doing…
- Coordinating IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Preparing and deploying laptops, mobile devices and other equipment
- Managing IT assets and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring stock levels and organising equipment
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and procurement requests
- Working with suppliers to obtain quotations, place orders and track deliveries
- Coordinating equipment collections and deliveries
- Providing administrative support across the IT Service Delivery function
What we're looking for
We're much more interested in your attitude and potential than any previous IT experience. You'll likely be someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Communicates confidently with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders
- Enjoys problem-solving and finding practical solutions
- Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
- Is eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career
We'd welcome applications from early career / graduate candidates, or people with experience in areas such as:
- Administration
- Customer service
- Retail or hospitality
- Office support roles
- Logistics or coordination positions
