Quince in London is seeking a highly independent Senior Fraud Operations Coordinator to own fraud, chargeback, security and privacy for Europe. As the sole fraud team member in Europe, you will lead investigations, manage monitoring and coordinate with CX, Payments, Security, Legal and Analytics to protect customers while reducing fraud.
You will triage requests within 24 hours, maintain SOPs, and drive improvements across tools and processes.
