The Role:
As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you'll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a varied mix of:
- Freehold and leasehold sales
- Freehold and leasehold purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership matters
- New build transactions (where applicable)
- General residential property transactions
This position would suit an experienced fee earner who enjoys autonomy and is looking to take the next step in their career. You'll work closely with senior management and play an influential role in the department's continued success as the business expands.
About You:
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently from instruction through to completion.
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- A proactive and commercial approach.
- The ability to work efficiently within a busy, supportive team.
