About the Role
Our client is recruiting for an experienced Product Launch Manager to lead the successful introduction of new vehicles into the UK market.
This is a senior-level position responsible for driving the complete go-to-market strategy, ensuring every vehicle launch is commercially successful, competitively positioned, and fully supported across all business functions. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Aftersales and senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of launch readiness and performance from concept through to market introduction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UK go-to-market strategy for new vehicle launches.
- Define product positioning, target audiences, competitive benchmarks, and launch objectives.
- Establish and manage launch governance processes across multiple departments.
- Work with industry partners and RV agencies to optimise residual value performance.
- Oversee insurance rating activities to ensure market competitiveness.
- Develop competitive PCP and PCH finance propositions, including APR, GFV, deposit contribution and monthly payment strategies.
- Ensure dealer networks, training teams, aftersales operations, logistics, digital platforms and marketing functions are fully prepared for launch.
- Deliver presentations and briefings to senior stakeholders, retailers and media representatives.
- Monitor launch KPIs, market performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience managing vehicle launches within the UK automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of residual values and insurance rating processes.
- Advanced knowledge of automotive finance products including PCP, PCH, APR and GFV.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
- Experience working with challenger or emerging automotive brands.
- Previous involvement in EV or new mobility product launches.
- Degree qualified in Marketing, Business, Automotive Management or a related discipline.
