Warranty Specialist Opportunity
Pybus Recruitment is currently recruiting for anexperienced Warranty Specialist to join a growing automotiveorganisation based at their modern Head Office in Chiswick, London.
This is an exciting opportunity for an automotive warrantyprofessional to take ownership of warranty operations, support retailerpartners, and help drive best practice across the business.
About the Role
As a Warranty Specialist, you will be responsible for theeffective management of warranty claims, ensuring compliance with companypolicies and procedures while providing expert support to internal teams andretailer partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warranty claimsthrough the company warranty approval system.
- Review and assesswarranty submissions for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct warranty auditsand ensure adherence to company policies.
- Monitor warrantyperformance and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with theimplementation of technical campaigns and customer support initiatives.
- Process and reviewgoodwill applications where required.
- Produce warranty reportsand KPI analysis for management.
- Deliver warrantyguidance and training to retailer teams.
- Work closely withAftersales and Technical teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
Support retailers andinternal stakeholders with warranty-related queries.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an automotive warranty role
- Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
- Full UK Driving Licence
