Prosci seeks a Director of Demand Generation to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs across digital and enterprise segments, driving pipeline and revenue growth.

This fully remote role in the UK/Spain partners with Rev Ops, Sales, and product marketing to build ABM campaigns, improve conversions, and scale demand across global markets.

You will lead a small team and shape Prosci’s marketing operating model for growth.
