We are hiring 2 Phone Appointment Setters in the UK for inbound leads. You will be paid per qualified appointment set, and commission. This is NOT a closer role, however, there is potential for growth to an inbound sales closer in the near future.

We are looking for motivated, skilled salespeople seeking uncapped income. You will receive warm leads and be part of a passionate, innovative property education and tech company. This is a remote position, accepting candidates based in the UK only.

Key details:

  • 100+ new leads a day to call.
  • Earn £25.00 for every approved qualified set made for a closer.
  • Commission for a cold caller/appointment setter starting at 5% (selling £2,000 - £10,000 services).
  • Average commission per sale is £200 - £500.
  • Career growth opportunities to a closer role with potential earnings of double, triple, or quadruple.
  • Full training on the product offering and sales process.
  • Learn creative property investing alongside the founders.

Requirements:

  • Commit to taking 6-8 hours of calls a day, Monday-Friday (30-40 hrs/week) with 1 day on the weekend.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Obsessed with results and empathetic towards students.
  • Passionate to earn and target driven.
  • Strong technical and online documentation skills.
  • Consistent, reliable, and always looking to improve.
  • Punctual with a positive “can do” attitude.
