We are supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the recruitment of a Senior Test Engineer to join their Quality Assurance team. This position will focus on laboratory-based testing, product validation and technical investigations, ensuring products meet customer, regulatory and internal quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering or product testing environment and will be comfortable leading validation activities, analysing technical data and mentoring junior team members.
The Senior Test Engineer will be responsible for:
Leading the planning and execution of product validation, verification and re-qualification testing activities
Managing multiple testing programmes and ensuring delivery against customer and business requirements
Reviewing and developing test methods, procedures and acceptance criteria
Conducting laboratory testing on manufactured products and components
Analysing test results and producing detailed technical reports
