Barron McCann are looking for a Warehouse Manager to take ownership of two critical warehouse functions, ensuring stock, equipment, and project materials are managed efficiently, accurately, and safely. What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating Warehouse Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of both Service and Project warehouses
  • Driving warehouse performance across stock accuracy, dispatch, inventory integrity, and productivity
  • Ensuring goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes are delivered flawlessly
  • Maintaining robust stock control, asset tracking, audits, and cycle counts
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and warehouse utilisation
  • Supporting the implementation and optimisation of WMS/ERP systems
  • Working closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Workshop, Service Delivery, and Project teams
  • Championing Health & Safety and maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment

What We're Looking For

  • Proven warehouse management experience
  • Strong people leadership and team development skills
  • Experience managing inventory, stock control, and warehouse KPIs
  • Knowledge of WMS and/or ERP systems
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities
  • A hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of warehouse Health & Safety requirements
