Barron McCann are looking for a Warehouse Manager to take ownership of two critical warehouse functions, ensuring stock, equipment, and project materials are managed efficiently, accurately, and safely. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating Warehouse Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders
- Managing the day-to-day operation of both Service and Project warehouses
- Driving warehouse performance across stock accuracy, dispatch, inventory integrity, and productivity
- Ensuring goods-in, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes are delivered flawlessly
- Maintaining robust stock control, asset tracking, audits, and cycle counts
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and warehouse utilisation
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of WMS/ERP systems
- Working closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Workshop, Service Delivery, and Project teams
- Championing Health & Safety and maintaining a clean, organised warehouse environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven warehouse management experience
- Strong people leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing inventory, stock control, and warehouse KPIs
- Knowledge of WMS and/or ERP systems
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of warehouse Health & Safety requirements
