As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital part in keeping our kitchens running smoothly, ensuring our chefs have everything they need to deliver exceptional dining experiences to hundreds of guests every day. About the Kitchen Porter role:
- Ensure that cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are kept clean and hygienic at all times
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role
- To work efficiently and to keep within time frames
- Ensure bins are used for the correct waste, supporting recycling and promoting good waste management
- Working safely by following HACCP and Food Hygiene regulations
- To assist the chefs with essential food preparation as required, including peeling and chopping vegetables

Hours of work:
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, working a combination of the following shifts: 7.30am - 4.00pm and 2.00pm - 10.30pm. Working 5 days out of 7 which will include working weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis.
