Leman Street, London M&E Contracts Manager | Monday–Friday (8am-5pm) Polyteck Building Services is looking for an experienced

M&E Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance works across multiple London sites.

What You'll be Doing

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of M&E maintenance contracts
  • Allocate labour and coordinate resources across sites
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance works
  • Provide technical support and fault-finding assistance to engineers
  • Oversee HVAC, BMS controls and F-Gas compliant works
  • Carry out site and maintenance audits
  • Identify remedial works and support estimates and quotations
  • Maintain accurate job records, logbooks and asset information
  • Liaise professionally with clients, tenants and contractors
  • Support contract mobilisation and reporting
  • Deliver toolbox talks and support engineers and apprentices
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures and risk assessments

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in M&E / Building Services maintenance
  • Previous M&E contracts management experience
  • Good technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

Desirable

  • City & Guilds qualification in A/C & HVAC
  • Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
