Join our exceptional Maintenance Team and put your Mechanical Engineering prowess to great use! Situated in close proximity to Hammersmith Tube Station, offering great convenience and accessibility.

Mechanical Engineers play a critical role, responsible for executing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and swiftly responding to reactive repairs across a wide spectrum of mechanical equipment, assets, and plant.

Working pattern: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 17:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan.
  • Conduct repairs and ensure the proper functioning of all mechanical plant and equipment.
  • Service air conditioning (AC) and fan coil units (FCU), among other tasks.
  • Accurately update and maintain maintenance logs.
  • Report any issues and provide relevant updates promptly.
  • General Fabric works as and when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2-3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent – Essential.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance – Essential.
