The position is a hybrid work from office and home role. Based at our Head Office in Morley, Leeds, you will work closely alongside our Managing Director and other Key Team Members to ensure the smooth administrative operation of our business and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. You will also be able to wotk from home 2-3 days per week once the full training is completed which takes approximately 6-8 weeks.

The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel) be able to be self-motivated to get daily tasks done. The successful candidate must also be comfortable on the Telephone and be able to clearly give instructions to other people by various forms of communication. Also the successful candidate will have proficient skills in mathematics, with an understanding of invoicing being advantageous. Knowledge of accounting software such as quickbooks would also be advantageous but not essential.

We are looking for someone with a "whatever it takes" approach to work and must have a can-do attitude within everything that they do. We firmly believe that we can teach the processes and procedures however attitude to work and the flexibility to ensure tasks get done are vital within our role.

Alongside the normal daily tasks required to be completed, you will also be required to perform tasks on occasion for other Team Members within our business.

Specific Industry experience is not required however would be beneficial. We will select the successful candidate based on attitude and aptitude rather than previous experience., * Computer skills, Administrative experience, and Organisational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Suite

  • Strong phone etiquette and typing abilities

  • Familiarity with data entry and clerical tasks

  • No prior experience required, but basic math skills are necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
