The Manchester factory is in an exciting transition period with huge investment as we are welcoming new products to the site, including Club and Gold Bar.
What will be your key deliverables?
- Supporting the smooth flow of materials and products throughout the site
- Moving pallets, packaging and finished products between production and warehouse areas using site equipment, including forklift trucks
- Operating pallet wrapping equipment and applying labels where required
- Updating production information boards and sharing progress with the team
- Moving finished product to the conveyor feeding the auto stretch wrap and labeller
- Replenishing wrapping film and label reels to keep operations running smoothly
- Assisting with unloading and moving materials within the production area
- Supporting waste and rework processes in line with site standards
- Working alongside colleagues across Production, Logistics and Warehouse teams to meet customer demand
- Providing flexible support across the operation when needed
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping
What we are looking for:
- FLT licence is required – training and assessment will be provided

What does the recruitment process consist of?
- Assessments – Swift Comprehensive Aptitude assessment along with a Workplace English assessment. These should take around 45–60 minutes to complete.
- Interview – 45-60 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience.
