Key accountabilities:

  • You will facilitate new employee site inductions.
  • You will ensure the site compliance training needs are delivered and maintained: Food Safety, Health & Safety etc.
  • You will plan, organise, deliver and evaluate training.
  • You will manage training records to ensure audit compliance.
  • You will work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and source training providers.
  • You will support site element of pladis Academy, the business e-learning portal.
  • You will work with our Engagement team on site initiatives.

Person Specification:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic with a responsiveness and flexibility to adapt to fast changing environment.
  • Personal resilience to manage competing priorities.
  • Confidence in delivery.
  • Collaborative with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Inquisitive and willing to explore new ideas.
  • Passion and excitement for a career in the food industry.
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths/English Grade C/4.
  • Confident IT skills; Microsoft Office Skills desirable but not essential.
