Key accountabilities:
- You will facilitate new employee site inductions.
- You will ensure the site compliance training needs are delivered and maintained: Food Safety, Health & Safety etc.
- You will plan, organise, deliver and evaluate training.
- You will manage training records to ensure audit compliance.
- You will work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and source training providers.
- You will support site element of pladis Academy, the business e-learning portal.
- You will work with our Engagement team on site initiatives.
Person Specification:
- Energetic, enthusiastic with a responsiveness and flexibility to adapt to fast changing environment.
- Personal resilience to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence in delivery.
- Collaborative with good verbal and written communication skills.
