b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the process excellence agenda across UK I, driving Lean Six Sigma-led continuous improvement in R D and manufacturing. You’ll shape the strategy, embed SPC and robust trial design, and partner with engineering, operations and supply chain to boost productivity and reduce waste. You will build capability, implement new assets and technologies, and report progress to senior stakeholders. This is a chance to influence scale and quality at a global confectionery business. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop and execute a UK I process excellence strategy aligned to priorities and R D roadmaps /li li Lead Lean Six Sigma-based continuous improvement across quality, cost, capacity and waste /li li Embed statistical process control and performance management routines /li li Partner with engineering, operations and site teams to design experiments and optimize parameters (DOE) /li li Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements at pace /li li Create and oversee training to strengthen Lean Six Sigma, SPC, root cause analysis and CI capabilities /li li Identify and eliminate waste across all forms (muda) /li li Define KPIs, track benefits, and report progress, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Food Science or Manufacturing /li li Significant experience in process improvement, process engineering or operations leadership in manufacturing or R D /li li Strong practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, SPC, process capability and root cause analysis – Green Belt or higher /li li Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders /li li Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data, building KPIs and turning insights into action /li li Experience supporting new machinery, technology implementation or capital investment from a process excellence perspective /li li Excellent written and verbal communication skills /li /ul ul li cross-functional collaboration /li li leadership /li li communication /li li Lean Six Sigma /li li statistical process control (SPC) /li li process capability /li /ul
