Salary: £25,875.02

Working Hours - Days 7am-7pm 2 week rolling rota: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

Location: Long Lane, Aintree, L9 7BQ

What will this role achieve? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join us as Flexible Team Members. You’ll work in a fast paced factory making products for a leading UK brand.

What will be your key deliverables?

  • You will pack biscuits on a production line.
  • You will be working on different lines with the department.
  • Manually pack products within specifications (includes bending, lifting, stretching).
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify any foreign matters or potential hazards.
  • Ensure quality of biscuits being packed is within product specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to all quality and safety standards.
  • Work to a high standard, enabling plants to achieve planned output.
  • Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained.

Bring your experience:

  • Essential: Can work well with others and be open to learning and change. We’re looking for people who can work flexibly and adapt to change. You’ll get support to help you succeed.
  • Desirable: Experience working with food or machinery in a quality-focused factory is valuable, but not essential. Understand zonal Key Performance Indicators (production targets, waste levels and line performance).

Fixed Term role until December 2026.

What does the recruitment process consist of?

  • Assessments – Workplace English assessment. These should take around 20 minutes to complete.
  • Interview – 45 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience along with a site tour. Please ensure a CV is attached to your application. Applications submitted without a CV will not be considered for shortlisting.
