What will this role achieve? Please note: this role is a fully-remote based role – Chiswick based. Employees are not expected in the office on any specific days, but the office is their place of work and they will need to come in for key meetings and events and where requested ad-hoc. pladis is the top tier Biscuit manufacturer in the UK with three nationally loved brands; McVities, Jacobs and Go Ahead! Reporting into the Head of Wholesale, you will fully manage the communication and execution of the pladis UK Sales agenda across some of our most strategically important Cash & Carry customers.
What will be your key deliverables?
- Develop and deliver an annual strategic account and channel plan that reflects the customer and category and brand objectives
- Full P&L responsibility for strategically important cash & carry customers
- To plan and implement promotional plans
- Full responsibility for base and promotional volume forecasting in Sales Planner
- Lead trading terms agreements
- Handle key Head Office relationships
- Reporting & tracking of Budgeted initiatives

- Experience of UK Wholesale / Cash & Carry / Convenience Retail Customers
