Pink Tile Education Ltd in London is seeking a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to provide strategic safeguarding leadership across two academy provisions in Wandsworth. You will ensure compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education and lead safeguarding systems, staff training, and casework management.
You will line manage DDSLs, collaborate with senior leaders and external agencies, analyse safeguarding data, and promote a culture where the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable learners is prioritised.
