About the role

We’re looking for a CILEX‑qualified Paralegal to join our Legal team, supporting a broad range of commercial, procurement and technology matters across Pilgrim’s Europe. Working with well‑known brands including Richmond, Fridge Raiders, Moy Park, Rollover and Oakhouse Foods, you'll provide practical legal support that helps drive business success in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial, procurement and technology agreements
  • Support contracts relating to SaaS, software licensing, cloud services and IT procurement
  • Advise stakeholders on contract risks and legal best practice
  • Assist with dispute management, legal research and compliance matters
  • Support legal projects, contract management and process improvements
  • Build strong relationships with Procurement, IT, Finance and business stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • CILEX qualification (or equivalent legal qualification)
  • Around 2 years' legal experience in-house or within a commercial legal environment
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Knowledge of procurement, technology or software agreements
  • Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially minded, proactive and able to manage competing priorities

Desirable

  • Procurement or sourcing project experience
  • Knowledge of data protection and supplier compliance
  • Experience using contract management systems and legal technology tools
