About the role

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking an experienced Factory Manager or senior manufacturing leader to own operations at Anwick.

You will drive safety, quality, people development and cost performance while guiding strategic operational direction and acting as deputy to the Site Director when needed.

You will lead lean initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and ensure audit-ready compliance across food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
