Your day-to-day duty will be to lead, manage and develop warehouse operations, service delivery and deliver exceptional customer support, while driving sustainable growth and profitability.
You will inspire and develop your team and develop effective and engaging ways to drive performance and achieve targets.
Health and safety management will be key to your success in this role.
What can you expect as a Warehouse Manager at phs Group?
- Your expertise will be vital in the recruitment, training and coaching of new staff.
- You will be delivering stock management for a major distribution warehouse, encompassing ordering, warehousing, and service delivery.
- Your knowledge and skills will be utilised to monitor daily operational performance through KPI reporting and highlighting deviations.
- A primary role in health and safety.
- You will take the lead when communicating job expectations, planning and enhancing the company’s image.
- You will receive great support from department heads and will liaise with other departments on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate for a Warehouse Manager at phs Group will have
- Safety and legal compliance are a must. We welcome applications from people with a good safety record.
- Previous experience (3+ years) as a depot manager, logistics manager or warehouse manager.
- Well-developed analytical skills.
- Great attention to detail and computer literacy will help you as you progress through your career with phs Group.
