An established recruitment business is looking for a Technology Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join its Wiltshire office.
The business specialises in Technology recruitment across permanent, contract, managed services and project-based recruitment, working with clients across the UK, Europe and international markets.
You'll be joining a supportive, collaborative team, working closely with experienced recruiters who are focused on developing client relationships and generating new opportunities.
Your focus will be on finding, engaging and helping the team place great candidates!
The Role
- Source, headhunt and engage Technology professionals across a range of specialist markets.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
- Screen, qualify and shortlist candidates for permanent and contract opportunities.
- Work closely with the wider recruitment team to understand vacancies and deliver suitable candidates.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial approach through to placement.
- Proactively identify hard-to-find talent using LinkedIn, job boards, Bullhorn and your own networks.
- Keep candidates engaged, informed and supported throughout the process.
- Contribute to the team's overall success through collaboration, communication and consistent delivery.
Who Are We Looking For?
- A minimum of 12 months' recruitment experience within Technology or IT recruitment - essential.
- Ideally, an understanding of both permanent and contract recruitment.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys the candidate side of recruitment and loves finding great people.
- Confident sourcing, screening, headhunting and building candidate relationships.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple vacancies.
- A strong communicator who takes pride in delivering a great candidate experience.
- A genuine team player! Someone who enjoys working collaboratively, supporting colleagues and celebrating shared success.
