Senior Product Manager (PAM)

I’m working with a leading B2B iGaming platform provider that is looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of its proprietary Player Account Management platform.

This is the core of the business. The platform processes millions of transactions every day, supports many partners in real time, and every other product the company builds is connected to it. You would define where it goes next and make it truly competitive in Tier-1 regulated markets.

The role:

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for the PAM platform
• Own the product roadmap and prioritise features and investments
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of two Product Managers, with room for the team to grow
• Work closely with Engineering (Java backend, React and Angular frontend) to deliver scalable, high-quality features
• Gather customer feedback and track market trends and competitors to shape the product
• Use KPIs and data to measure adoption, customer satisfaction and business impact
• Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Success, Compliance and Operations teams
• Report directly to the CPO and work with around 30 core team members

What you bring:

• At least 5 years in product management within iGaming, with at least 2 years leading a team
• B2B platform experience (not just operator-side product)
• Hands-on experience with PAM platforms across domains such as Wallet, Payments, CRM, Bonus Engine, Responsible Gaming, Risk and Fraud, KYC and Back Office
• Experience in regulated iGaming markets (essential)
• A track record of scaling a complex software platform and delivering measurable results
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence at executive level
• A clear view of the competitive PAM landscape
