Roles and Responsibilities
Please be aware that this role will be CUCM - BAU and 1-3rd line Support based on the type of previous and current experience the client is seeking. This needs to be the type of work that you enjoy and are motivated to complete.
- Deployment and support of enterprise wide multi-cluster, multi-site Cisco UC infrastructure.
- Day to day/BAU activities for end user support.
- Design and configure CM for remote sites.
- Deployment of 5-600 user sites.
- Cube configuration for remote sites and Global SIP (Dial Peers and Dial plans).
- Cisco Video endpoint deployment and support/TMS.
