About the role

Salary: £71,708 + excellent benefits

Location: Wooburn Green, High Wycombe or Baldock, Letchworth Garden City

Hybrid: Minimum 2 days per week in the office, 3 days from home

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract

Hours: 37 hours per week

We are now looking for an experienced Asbestos Manager to lead our asbestos management function and ensure the safety and compliance of our homes across a large and diverse property portfolio.

About the Role

As our Asbestos Manager, you will take operational responsibility for asbestos compliance across approximately 30,000 homes. You will act as the organisation's duty holder, ensuring we meet the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and all relevant HSE guidance. You will oversee asbestos surveys, registers, management plans, contractor performance and risk controls, ensuring safe delivery of investment works, repairs, voids and planned programmes. You will also lead the harmonisation of asbestos management practices across our merged organisation, aligning policies, data, systems and contractor arrangements.
